Do you sit all day and go home stiff and sore? You’re not alone. Here’s some handy tips on how to be more active in your desk job!
Print to a printer on the other side of the office
Set a timer to take breaks every 15mins - you can do some gentle stretches or get up and grab a glass of water
Park the car in the next street. You can get in some incremental steps by parking the car a bit further away. Or you could get off one stop earlier on your bus route.
Take the stairs. Got a lift at your work? Take the stairs instead!
Encourage having “walking” meetings with colleagues.
